On April 24th, Brazil\u2019s <\/span>Secretariat of Prizes and Betting<\/span><\/a> (SPA) moved to <\/span>block 28 betting and prediction market platforms<\/b>, including Polymarket and Kalshi, for operating outside the country\u2019s regulated framework.<\/span><\/p>\n

For licensed iGaming merchants in the market, this did not come as a warning. It was a clarification.<\/span><\/p>\n
